Scott was awesome! Even though I had a few minor issues. Scott and team were prompt in addressing them. I love my new hottub.

Scott did an amazing job of showing off the spa! He walked us through the entire process and helped recommend an excellent electrician. The whole installation process was quick and easy! Scott went the extra mile and came personally to walk us through the care process. Excellent staff and an excellent product!

UPDATE. We bought our pool and hot tub from Outside In and they were installed in September 2023 and I left a review regarding the outstanding treatment we received. I just wanted to come back to say the customer service remains as remarkable today as it was then. Scott remains a source of information and assistance with cheerfulness and grace. We consider him a friend now. He made a daunting foray into owning a pool as simple and seamless possible. I hear horror stories from people about their pool installations and ongoing maintenance. We have the opposite story. It has been a delight since day 1. Thank you to Scott and all at Outside In for the continued support and assistance. You rock!

I came here today because I accidentally broke a piece of my pump. I was really frustrated.. but not only did they have the exact piece I needed, but Scott took the time to show me how to install it. He also gave me his card and told me if I had issues installing it myself, that he would come help me on Monday. Thankfully, his instructions were clear, and I was able to install the piece, and my pump is good as new. Wonderful customer service, super friendly staff. 5 stars all the way.

My wife and I decided to buy a hot tub. We went to a couple of places in Greenwood before going to Outside In. Scott was extremely helpful, knew his products, but wasn't high pressure. We ended up getting more hot tub than we expected for less money. While talking to Scott, we found out he did inground pools. We had one installed last year by another company. The installation went well but follow up has been sub par. Our loss for not finding Scott sooner.

We bought our pool in early January 2023. It was installed in April. Outstanding installation and after the sale service. The store manager, Scott, has always been a super resource for us. Little questions or big Scott has been there step for step. As a customer, I wish everyone treated me as a customer like Scott does. I highly recommend Outdoor in Leisure Products for pools in the Upstate SC and NE Georgia area. All their stores are professional and friendly customer service. Me? I'm sticking with Scott!

Bought a serenity pool this year took them less than a week to put it up. It’s a beautiful pool. The salesman and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

Outside In Leisure was amazing. Reasonable price with unmatched customer service! I called several places in the Upstate before deciding this was who we wanted to purchase our pool through and also continue working with afterwards. They have been helpful throughout the entire process, even after installation. Installation was super quick! Our friends and family couldn’t believe how fast it all happened, especially with it already being so hot outside! So pleased with this company and will be returning regularly for pool products and future purchases for our outdoor oasis! Scott & Carter were both great to work with.

Emory at the Greer store has been wonderful as he helped me pick out and install a hot tub. He is patient with my never ending questions and quick to help any way he can. I love my tub and am enjoying evenings filled with a renewed time of relaxation and family.

We purchased our pool from Scott 9 years ago with nothing but great things to say about Scott and the staff. We had a tree from our neighbors yard fall on our pool which resulted in some slight damage. I called Scott and sent him some pictures and he immediately scheduled a time for his staff to come by and inspect the damage. With their expertise we did not have to replace the wall just a few uprights and rails. Since our pool is
this old Scott recommended replacing the liner which we agreed.
The team from Outside In came and removed the old liner, dressed the sand back out and installed the new liner, fixed the
wall and replaced the uprights and top rails. Pool is open and ready to go! Thank you again Scott and the staff!

Scott and the staff here are top notch ! They are so nice and professional and answer any questions you have. The is my second pool I’ve bought here, I hope I never have to buy another one but if I do this is where I will buy. Unfortunately four years ago I switched over to salt which rusted my pool out. I came to Scott desperate for help. My pool of 12 years was too far gone, but he assured me he would put my new one back just like the first one. I have a deck completely around it, the crew got there and in one day tore my old one out and put my new one in. Unbelievable!
They did an excellent job ! I also went with a product Scott recommended called EZ Pool best decision ever.

I typically do not leave reviews, but feel the need to write one for Scott and Outdoor Leisure because of how great they have been to work with. If you are looking for a place to get a pool or hot tub, walk in the store, and be on a first name basis with a trusted friend, then outdoor leisure is for you.

Scott and his team installed a beautiful above ground pool for us. He was there the entire time to answer questions about running the pool for my first year. And most importantly, Scott and his team were there when I needed him most. I had a contractor damage my pool and Scott and his team worked with me to get the pool fixed like new. It was great to have a point of contact and a trusted friend through the process.

We are thrilled with our hot tub purchased last month from Scott Hughes at Outside In. Scott was knowledgeable and friendly answering all our questions on numerous sales visits. He even came to our house to measure and recommend the best hot tub for our space. Delivery was scheduled very quickly and around our schedule. Installers arrived promptly and did a great job installing our new hot tub behind our house (and downhill from our driveway). Scott followed up several times to make sure we were comfortable using and maintaining our hot tub. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Outside In! Highly recommend!
