My wife and I decided to buy a hot tub. We went to a couple of places in Greenwood before going to Outside In. Scott was extremely helpful, knew his products, but wasn't high pressure. We ended up getting more hot tub than we expected for less money. While talking to Scott, we found out he did inground pools. We had one installed last year by another company. The installation went well but follow up has been sub par. Our loss for not finding Scott sooner.

We purchased our pool from Scott 9 years ago with nothing but great things to say about Scott and the staff. We had a tree from our neighbors yard fall on our pool which resulted in some slight damage. I called Scott and sent him some pictures and he immediately scheduled a time for his staff to come by and inspect the damage. With their expertise we did not have to replace the wall just a few uprights and rails. Since our pool isthis old Scott recommended replacing the liner which we agreed.The team from Outside In came and removed the old liner, dressed the sand back out and installed the new liner, fixed thewall and replaced the uprights and top rails. Pool is open and ready to go! Thank you again Scott and the staff!
