Hot Tubs & Spas, Anderson, SC

It's pool closing time and I wanted to give a shout-out to the team at the Greer office. During our closing up, we ran into a problem with the initial install where the jet head attachment could not be fully removed. In removing the inside insert with a special tool, we turned the liner in a bad way. Fortunately, it wasn't torn. After explaining our issue with the manager, he had a gentlemen travel over right away to take care of us. Although he also had struggles with the piece, he was able to fix and and get the liner taken care of on our 6 month old pool. The gentleman even dropped off a new insert piece since the old one was stripped. All of this at no charge! I highly appreciate their quick resolution and helping us take care of getting our pool ready for winter. Great service by this team.

I just wanted to share my experience with Outside In Leisure. First, Emory with the sales was very informative with the Generation Hot tub we was looking at. He was great and a pleasure to work with. Second, once purchased scheduling the delivery was a breeze and fast. The delivery guys came and set the hot tub and they were very knowledgeable and fast. The service tech was also VERY knowledgeable and helpful with some wiring issues (I caused). I would highly recommend this company and this crew for your Hot tub needs!!!

Tony and his team are top notch. Communication means so much to me when there’s a project happening. Tony is ON it. When he tells you that he will be involved every step of the way and that you’ll see him at your house for each process, he’s not kidding. His time lines are right on and his workers don’t kid around, they arrive at your house and get it done.
Also, when your pool is up and running Tony is still full of info. He will take any call and answer all of your questions. I am so glad that we’ll get went with him.
We now enjoy an in the ground pool. We felt like his prices were great, along with suggestions that Tony made.

Excellent company to work with. Tony and Emory were both very helpful. As others have stated what really counts is how a company stands behind their products and work AFTER the fact. And these guys really shine there. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends

Called last minute on a Saturday and they were so helpful and took great care of us! Thank y'all so much! We will continue to come to your for all of our pool and hot tub needs!

We recently bought a pool from Tony and so far we’ve had a great experience. He’s answered all of my many questions, addressed all my concerns in a very timely and professional manner, and we were very impressed with the grading and installation of the pool itself. Chase was thorough upon completion of the install, explained everything in detail, and made sure we were comfortable with startup. I’d recommend them to anyone in the market.

Great people and helps to get my pool going

Best pool place to go I've been doing business for 30 years. Great place. Go there very friendly.

You never know how good a company stands behind their products until u have a problem.
My hot tub was within weeks of going out of warranty. The very knowledgeable service rep came my house replaced an expensive part. It was labor intensive but I was only charged a mileage fee. After sale support is rare nowadays.
